In COPRA RF 2025, we have introduced a groundbreaking re-engineered DTM module that operates in real-time. This innovative feature allows users to see changes reflected in the DTM graph immediately as they adjust angles in their spreadsheets, drastically speeding up the optimization process for flower patterns. The result? A streamlined workflow that eliminates time-consuming recalculations. Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce compatibility with BricsCAD Pro as an alternative to AutoCAD, broadening your design options.

For those utilizing COPRA FEA RF 2025, we’ve made significant strides in enhancing post-processing capabilities through the addition of User Defined Range Sets. This feature saves frequently used post-processing results, allowing users to access them effortlessly with just a click—no matter the project. Another exciting enhancement in the Professional Version is the ability to embed station snapshots directly into HTML emails, keeping users informed about their simulations while on the move. This means faster decision-making and reduced downtime. Additionally, simulations involving symmetrical models can now take advantage of a dedicated symmetry plane to ensure accuracy and reality in results.

Exciting new tools for defining the position and orientation of cross sections are also included in the Professional Version, offering users improved precision across complex profiles. Users can now also benefit from deeper insights into their wire rolling simulations with the newly introduced feature that calculates the “Distance to Tooling or Cross Section.” This functionality provides a clear understanding of deviations from the original design, whether for quality control or optimization.
